Terms and Conditions :

Cancellations For lean season, cancellation made seventy-two hours (72) before the guest arrival at the resort shall be charged by one night cancellation fee plus the preparation made for the 1st date For peak season, cancellation made twenty-one (21) before the guest arrival at the resort shall charged fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee No show will be charged hundred percent (100%) of the whole package Guest who has already checks in and sign registration but decided to shorten their stay, payments for the unused night is not refundable Others The Resort and Hotel is not liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements that are caused by Act of God, Labor disputes and condition beyond its control a. Any incident and untoward incident resulting injury disability or death b. Any lost or damage of guest valuables Any damage caused by the guest to the resort premises and or facilities shall be charge to the account of the guest Food and beverages, firearms and deadly weapons, pyrotechnics and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the resort
