| Cancellation and No Show Policy : |
- Cancellation shall be made in writing and must be received at least five (5) days prior check in date, Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to guests' arrival shall be charged a cancellation fee of one (1) room night. For no show, the total amount based on the estimated revenue shall be charged.
