Family Plan
There is no extra charge for children below twelve (12) years of age provided they will share rooms with parents and will not require extra bed. Maximum of two (2) children in a room. If extra bed is required, additional charge will apply
Check-in / Check-out time
For early check-in between 9:00AM to 2:00PM, and late check-out between 12:00PM to 5:00PM, a half day charge shall be imposed on the confirmed rate
For check-in earlier than 9:00AM and check-out beyond 5:00PM, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed date
Adjustment / Wash Down / Cancellation
A seventy-two (72) hour written notice for reservation amendments and cancellations will be allowed prior to the scheduled arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge one-night cancellation fee for amendments of cancellations made beyond the cut-off period
No Show
If guests' fail to arrive on expected date and no advise is received by the hotel, a no show fee equivalent to one (1) night stay based on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed
For confirmed group bookings, a no show fee equivalent to 100% of total applicable room charges shall be imposed
Above room and meal rates are inclusive of 12% government tax and 10% service charge
