Check-in and Check-out time Standard check-in time is 2:00PM while check-out time is 12:00NN. For check-out beyond 2:00PM to 6:00PM, a halfday charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed date. For check-out beyond 6:00PM, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the contracted rate Wash Down and cancellation Last minute of reduction of booking made less than 22 hours shall be subject to the Hotel's cancellation policy. A cancellation fee equivalent to one night stay maybe required when rooms reserved are cancelled 72 hours or less prior guest's arrival, applicable to Individual or Group bookings No Show If guest fail to arrive on expected date and no advise is received by the hotel, a no show fee equivalent to a one (1) night stay based on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed. The policy applies to Individual and Group bookings
