No-show and cancellation policy :
FOR PEAK SEASON
A. Cancellations or revisions (wash down) made after the applicable option date, not less than five (5) days prior to arrival date shall be charged 50% of the total room charges
B. Cancellations or revisions (wash down) made five (5) days or less prior arrival date shall be charged the full amount of the total room charges
C. No-shows shall be charged the applicable full amount for the entire reserved date
FOR LEAN SEASON
A. Cancellations or revisions (wash down) made three (3) days prior arrival date shall be charged 50% of the total room charges
B. Cancellations or revisions (wash down) made one (1) day prior arrival date shall be charged the full amount of the total room charges. Likewise, no-shows shall be charged the full applicable amount of the entire reserved dates
