Changes in Reservations : Any changes in the original reservation should be transmitted to CEO Suites at least five (5) days before the arrival of the guest Cancellations : To Avoid penalties, CEO Suites must be informed of any cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival of the guest. Otherwise, a penalty equivalent to a whole day's room rate will be charged by CEO Suites. There will be no refunds for cancellations during check-in
