Coco Beach Island Resort is a 10 hectare resort owned and operated by Sun Holiday, Inc.; and is located at Behija, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. The resort became operational on November 1986 and is currently a member of Philippine Convention & Visitor's Corporation (PCVC), a member of Hotel & Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP), and is accredited as a Class "AA" Resort by the Department of Tourism. Here in the old days, Spanish galleons passed by the trading routes between Europe, Mexico and the East.
Here, the sea is blue and full of beautiful fish and corals in different colors and shapes, and here the hills are full of coconut palms swaying with the breeze.
Ideas from the founder, designs from Danish and Filipino architects, many nights of planning under the palms of the cove plus the ingenuity and hard work of Filipinos - created Coco Beach.
Today, Coco Beach is a 10 hectare resort with bungalows and facilities all made in natural materials. No concrete is to be seen anywhere.
Four restaurants, 96 rooms, tennis court, hanging bridge, sports facilities, 2 swimming pool - everything blends with nature.

Cancellations and No Shows:

Cancellation must be done in writing and duly acknowledge by our office no less than 5 days during lean season and 10 days during peak season prior to the guest’s arrival. Otherwise 65% of the total amount shall be collected on or before duly given options dates. Cancellation made after a booking has been finalized and paid will be subject to 35% cancellation charge. In case of no-show the full amount of the total package shall be collected. Full payment and no refund for shortened stay. Automatic cancellation when an option date lapses, unless prior notice has been given. In case cancellation is due to fortuitous events , force majeure or acts of God as defined by law, both parties will make an arrangement for rescheduling. If a re-scheduling is not possible due to time and / or occupancy constraint, both parties will make a settlement and restitution, taking into consideration that none is at fault.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Upon check-in, a deposit of PHP 1,000.00 per person is required (FIT’), which will be deducted from incidental expenses that will be incurred by the guests. Or an imprint of the Guests credit card will be made but no amount will be written and guests will not sign anything. Regular check-out time (subject to weather condition) is at 11:00 am. Boarding time 11:45 am and boat departs at 12:00 noon . Latest check out time is at 15:00 pm for guest with private and/or transfers. Please note that Coco Beach will not be held liable for any expenses hotel, airline tickets, that a client might incur due to the delay or any cause with said transfers Bringing in of foods and drinks is strictly prohibited. Room numbers will be advised upon arrival Minors are not allowed to stay in a room with another adult other than the minor’s parents or relatives. Passengers are required to wear their seatbelts/lifejackets at all times while traveling
