General Conditions Maximum occupancy per room is three (3) persons. Maximum number of beds per room is three (3) beds (2 regular and 1 single extra bed) Check-out time shall be at 12:00NN. extension of stay after the said check-out time is subject to additional room charge Booking cancellation and no show policy For bookings without flight arrival details, the hotel reserves the right to automatically release non-guaranteed reservations if guest does not arrive by 6:00PM. Notice of projected delays beyond 6:00PM must be relayed to Front Officer or Duty Manager A "no show" charge equivalent to a one night stay shall be billed for guest who did not check-in on the night of reservation date Cancellation for individual booking shall be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to a one night stay per room reserved in case the guest fails to notify the HOTEL within two (2) days prior to the expected arrival of the guest Cancellation or room reduction for groups done within fifteen (15) days prior to the group check-in shall be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a one night stay per room booked
