Members are given priority in weekends. Weekend Teen times (0700H - 1030H) are reserved exclusively for club members and their guests
Guests should specify the desired Tee Time upon booking. Tee off time is subject to availability and may change without prior notice, especially on weekends
Golfers must be pre-registered, based on the name list submitted
Golfers must be at the Golf Reception at least 30 minutes before the scheduled Tee time

Terms and Conditions :
The rooms confirmed per reservation request shall be made available for occupancy after 2:00PM on the scheduled day of arrival. Official check-out time is at 12:00NN, rooms not vacated from 12:01 to 6:00PM on the day of departure shall be charged accordingly:
3 hrs. extension - 50% of the contracted rate
Beyond 3 hrs. - Full contracted rate
The guest must submit to the hotel a final rooming list together with pertinent arrival / departure and meal requirements at least fifteen (15) days prior to arrival during peak season, and five (5) days prior to arrival during regular season
The hotel requires full payment of the total contracted charges at least five (5) days before the arrival date. However, during peak periods or high occupancy, the hotel reserves the right to demand full payment at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Non receipt of full payment would mean automatic cancellation of all bookings and arrangements. Reinstatement of the booking shall be subject to availability and payment
Exchange rate shall be based on the hotel's prevailing rate at the time of payment or check-in, which ever is earlier
A cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night shall be charged for each room cancellation. The guest must notify the hotel in writing with regards to any reduction in number of rooms or cancellation, as specified below:
1-5 rooms - seven (7) days prior to arrival
6-15 rooms - fourteen (14) days prior to arrival
16-30 rooms - thirty (30) days prior to arrival
31 rooms above - forty-five (45) days prior to arrival
