All programs are supervised by licensed medical doctors and nurses.
Guests under the Detoxification Package are requested to be at the Resort by 10 am. for the start of he Detox Program. However, please note that the room will only be available for check – in / use at 2 p.m. Early check – in and late check – out is subject to actual room availability during actual stay at the Resort
Guests arriving after 2 p.m. at the Resort will be booked on the ROOM ONLY arrangement on their first night
Programs will change in accordance to the patient's medical condition. A DETOX PROFILE is to be filled - up & submitted at least a week prior to arrival at the resort.
DETOXIFICATION ITINERARY is given to guest upon arrival at the Resort, and CAN CHANGE depending on the doctor's recommendations after consultations and guest's reaction to the processes.

Cancellation of room(s) and package(s) made within the above covered period sail be subject to cancellation charge/s. In cases like illnesses, hospitalization, operation, bad weather from point of origin, flight cancellation, ar any other similar unforeseen situation, special consideration may be given but subject to the approved of the General Manager, or in his absence, the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Re-Bookings
Re-bookings of rooms will apply within a year from original departure date. Total cost shall be subject to adjustments based on prevailing rates during the new tour dates. Minima! re-booking fee to be applied to new booking
