Extension / shortening of stay / reduction & no show policies :
The Hotel reserves the right to impose one (1) night payment for every room blocked regardless of group or FIT reservations should the party decide to shorten their stay before the started departure date except for GUARANTEED BOOKINGS. Extension and shortening of stay will be subjected to the hotel's discretion
NO SHOW shall mean forfeiture of the deposit / payment made
Reduction Policies :
Reduction on room reservation shall be honored up to two (2) weeks prior to actual tour date without incurring a cancellation fee
Reduction on room reservation made within one (1) week prior to actual tour date shall incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total room charges
Reduction on room reservation made within 48 hours (2 days) prior to actual tour date shall mean forfeiture of the deposit / payment made
