Surcharge
A Surcharge of US$10 net per room will be levied during peak periods as follows : Christmas and New Year season, Chinese New Year, Holy Week and Hotel's Peak periods, the latter being subject to prior notice from the Hotel
Cancellation and No Show
No. of rooms cancelled / Minimum Notice Required
1-5 rooms / 10 days prior to arrival
6-15 rooms / 14 days prior to arrival
16-30 room / 21 days prior to arrival
over 30 rooms / 30 days prior to arrival
Should the guest default in giving the required notice as specified, or the client or group fails to arrive, the Hotel reserves the right to charge late cancellation or no show fee equivalent to the rate of one night for each room cancelled
