Cancellation / No Show Policy
For guaranteed reservations, all cancellations received after 6:00 PM and No Show on the arrival date shall be subject to a cancellation / no-show fee equivalent to one (1) night stay.
Billing
Room charges shall be settled in full at least one day before the arrival of the guest. Unless otherwise arranged, all incidental charges shall be on personal account and shall be settled immediately upon check out of the guest
