Terms and Conditions :

Check Out Time
- Check-out time is before 12:00NN on the day of departure. Arrivals should be planned no earlier than 2:00PM. Late check outs after 12:00NN but before 6:00PM will depend on availability and will be charged 50% of the above rates. Full rates will be charged for late check out after 6:00Pm. Any extensions shall be subject to availability

Other Matters related to the Agreement

Meals
Venue for meals will be advised at the time of group's check in
Buffet breakfast should be taken only at the Restaurant Rivera or specific venue as advise by the hotel and according to the operation hours of the restaurant / venue. Packed breakfast will not be entertained and buffet breakfast not consumed is non-refundable nor can be exchanged with other meals
Cancellation of Reservations
FIT Cancellations must be done 36 hours prior to date of check in
GIT Cancellations must be done seven (7) days prior to date of check in
