All rates are in US$ dollars. Not applicable for local corporate and conference accounts. Also restricted during blackout periods and traditional peak periods such as Holy Week (Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday), the Christmas Season (December 24 to January 2) and Chinese New Year (February 11-18). The Hotel reserves the right to include a surcharge of US$5 on the room rate and US$10 on the villa rate during blackout / peak periods

All rooms will be run of the house
The Hotel reserves the right to assign alternate room(s) should all or a portion of the contracted rooms became unavailable for any reason whatsoever
The Hotel shall not in any way be liable or responsible for the non accommodation of the guest if the actual number of guests exceed the maximum number of guests as indicated in the confirmed booking order, the final rooming list is furnished by the guest, or the total number of rooms reserved, as the case may be
Period of Occupancy
Confirmed rooms will be made available on the day of the arrival as soon as they are ready for occupancy. Official check-in time is at 2:00PM and check-out is at 12:00NN. However, we shall apply the following late check-out policy
50% of the room rate shall be charged for late check-out between 2:00PM and 6:00PM
100% of the room rate shall be charged for late check-out beyond 6:00PM
