- NOTE : rate per room with buffet breakfast. Maximum of three (3) people in a room
- Lean Season : May to August
- Peak Season : September to April
- No charge for children under twelve (12) years old when sharing the room with adults
- Revision and cancellation applicable to FIT / GIT bookings :
- Peak Months - Seven (7) days prior to arrival
- Lean Months - Five (5) days prior to arrival
- A one-night deposit must be forwarded to guarantee all rooms based on the following schedule :
- Peak Periods - Five (5) days prior to arrival
- Lean Periods - Three (3) days prior to arrival
- Pre-payment must be made prior to guest check-in
- For no shows on the day of the arrival, a no show fee equivalent to a one-night stay will be charged
- Check-in / Check-out time : 12:00NN. Request for early check-in / late check-out will be subject to approval
