Cancellation Policy
Guaranteed reservations are subject to a one night charge in the event of cancellations within 72 hours of schedule arrival and a full charge on same day cancellation or no-show
Deposit Policy and Billing arrangements
The hotel requires pre-payment of total charges for all confirmed reservations prior to guest arrival
Any additional charges not specified in the booking shall be automatically billed to guest's personal account and shall be settled upon check out in cash
Check-in and Check-out
The Hotel's check-in time is at 2PM and check-out time is at 12NN on day of departure. Should you prefer to ensure that rooms are ready before 2PM, we would appreciate that rooms are reserved the day before
Above rates are net, inclusive of the prevailing government tax
