Day 01
APR 05
MANILA - ROME
Depart Manila on hoard a prestigious airlines for an overnight flight to Rome Italy. Enjoy in - flight services and entertain, meet.
Day 02
APR 06		 ROME (D)
Welcome to Rome! After immigration formalities, meet and greet then transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for rest and relaxation.
Day 03
APR 07		 ROME (B,D)
Visit the Four Major Basilicas of Rome: Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. Basilica of St John in Lateran, Basilica of St. Paul outside the Walls and St. Peter's Basilica. Afterwards, see the Scala Santa, Colosseum. Piazza de Venezia, the Fountain of Trevi and the Arc of Constantine.
Day 04
APR 08		 ROME – ASSISI – FLORENCE (B,D)
We leave Rome and ascend to the beloved city of St. Francis, Asissi, to see the Upper and Lower Basilica where the Tomb of St. Francis lies, visit also the Church of Porzi-uncula where St. Francis prayed, Later to renaissance Florence. Visit the Cathedral of Florence. The "Gates of Paradise" adorning the Baptistry, Piazza della Signoria and the see the Santa Croce Church. Then check in to your hotel.
Day 05
APR 09		 FLORENCE – PISA - NICE (B,D)
This morning we travel towards Pisa to see the famous Leaning Tower, then cross the border of France and Italy. Nice the playground of the rich and famous!
Day 06
APR 10		 NICE - MONTE CARLO - NICE (B,D)
After breakfast. visit a Perfume Factory in Eze where the area is famous. Then drive to the nearby Principality of Monaco to see the Royal Palace and Cathedral where Princess Grace was buried before going to Monte Carlo where you can try your luck at the famous Casino Monte Carlo. Return to Nice for a free time.
Day 07
APR 11		 NICE - LOURDES (B,D)
Departure to Lourdes, a major pilgrimage site in Europe. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is free. If time permits, visit the Grotto of Massabielle and drink its miraculous spring water.
Day 08
APR 12		 LOURDES (B,D)
LOURDES JUBILEE 2008! Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Apparitions of the Virgin Mary to St. Bernadette Soubirous with other Pilgrims coming from all parts of the globe by joining the year long religious activities and processions at the Sanctuary.
Day 09
APR 13		 LOURDES – ZARAGOSA – BURGOS (B,D)
Depart Lourdes and cross the Spanish border to Burgos. Stop in Zaragosa to visit the Shrine of the Our Lady of the Pillar. Continue to Burgos for dinner and overnight.
Day 10
APR 14		 BURGOS – FATIMA (B,D)
After breakfast, travel over the Portuguese border on your way to Fatima, another major pilgrimage center. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is free.
Day 11
APR 15		 FATIMA (B,D)
Free day for private devotion. You may spend the clay in meditating at the Chapel of Apparition, the very heart of the Sanctuary. It was the first edifice con-structed at the site of Our Lady's appari-tions and a marbled pillar is erected on the exact spot on which the State of our Lady is placed. Visit the Great White Basilica to see the tombs of Francisco, Jacinta & Lu¬cia and its 15 altars dedicated to the 15 mysteries of the Rosary and the scenes of the apparition represented in the stained glass, as well -as invocations from the Litany of Our Lady. Tonight you may participate in the inspirational Candlelight Procession.
Day 12
APR 16		 FATIMA – AVILA – MADRID (B,D)
Continue our journey back to Spain, to Avila the City of Kings & Saints, completely encircled by 11th century walls and the birthplace of St. Therese, one of the great-est mystics of the Catholic Church. Visit the Shrine of St. Therese and the Basilica dedicated to her. Then drive towards Madrid for overnight.
Day 13
APR 17		 MADRID (B,D)
This morning, go on a sightseeing tour which includes the Puerta del Sol, the Gran Via, the elegant Paseo de Castel-lane. Cibeles Fountain. the Plaza de Espagna with its Monument to Cervantes highlighted by a visit to the Royal Palace. The balance of the day is free.
Day 14
APR 18		 MADRID - MANILA (B)
Your memorable tour concludes today with a transfer to the airport for your flight back to Manila.
Day 15
APR 19		 MANILA
Arrival in Manila. Home sweet home!
