TERMS AND CONDTIONS

1. Children 12 years and below are free of charge.
2. Check-out time for guests is 12:00 noon. Check-in time is 2:00 pm or anytime before 2:00 pm depending on the availability of the rooms.
3. For early arrivals and departures, an arrangement should be made or advised to the hotel in order to facilitate the booking and other matters.
4. Late Check-out is until 1:00 pm only. However, late check-out is only granted when there are no prior bookings/ reservations made for the room(s).
5. Additional charges for extended stay.

Until 3:00 pm – 1/3 of room rate
Until 6:00 pm – ½ of room rate
After 6:00 pm – full rate

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least one (1) week or seven (7) days prior to arrival is subject to 50% cancellation fee or 1 night charge for each room confirmed (for group booking only).
• On the spot cancellation (arrival date) = 100% cancellation fee

OTHER  SERVICES :

• Safety Deposit box-open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am to 12:00 NN on weekends.
• Airport Transfers and Car rental arrangements.
• Function rooms (Seminar, Group meetings, Workshop & other Corporate affairs.)
