A] Any cancellation made within 72 hours shall not be charged. However, the 50% package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee should you fail to notify the resort / hotel after 72 hours
B] In case of no show, a 100% cancellation payment will be charged. However, if guests fail to arrive on expected date and no advice is received by the hotel, a no show fee, equivalent to one (1) night shall be charged
C] In case of a Force Majuere, such labor dispute, natural disaster, war or other causes beyond our control, the hotel shall not be held liable for failure to comply with this agreement and re-scheduling of date of visit will be applied. This policy applies to individual group bookings
Bringing of FOOD and BEVERAGES, COOKING UTENSILS are strictly NOT ALLOWED in the resort. Other wise, CORKAGE fee shall be charged
