Terms and Conditions :

Family Plan There is no extra charge for children below twelve (12) yrs. of age provided they will share rooms with parents. Maximum of two (2) children in a room. If extra bed is required, additional charge shall apply Check in / Check out time Official check in time is 2:00PM while Check out time is 12:00NN. For early check in from 1:00AM to 10:00AM, a half day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate. For check out beyond 2:00PM, a halfday charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate. For check out beyond 6:00PP, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate. Request for early check in / late check out must be pre-arranged and must be approved by the Front Office Manager and will be subject to space availability Wash down and Cancellation A seventy two (72) hour notice for room amendments and cancellations will be allowed prior to the scheduled arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge fifty percent (50%) of the prepaid deposit as cancellation fee for amendments or cancellations made beyond the cut-off period No Show If guest fail to arrive on expected date and no advise is received by the hotel, a no show fee equivalent to one (1) night stay based on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed Force Majeure The hotel shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.
