Room Rates
All rooms are subject to space availability and confirmation
A maximum of two (2) children below ten (10) years are given free accommodation per room if sharing the same bed with parents or guardian
Check-in time is at 2:30PM and all rooms occupied shall be vacated by 12:00NN on the day of departure
Cancellation
For cancellation made seventy two hours before function, a 50% cancellation fee for all rooms reserved will be charged, plus all the meals and arrangement for the first day
For cancellation on the day of arrival, the total amount of the contract will be forfeited
Food and Beverages
Meals must be pre-arranged at least 72 hours ahead and will be served in any of our designated venues; where it is convenient for both parties, meals will be served in a function room. Meal coupons will be provided by the Resort to the group members who must present the same to the outlets upon availment of the service. There are non-refundable if not used nor should be reason for reduction of meal charges. For theme parties, it is best the Resort is allowed a month's lead time
Others
Extended stay of guest not covered by arrangement, guest will be charged published room rates
Montemar Beach Club, Inc. has no control over the activities of the guest and is not liable for any loss or damage of guest valuables
Any damage caused by guest directly or indirectly to the resort premises and / or facilities shall be charged to the account of the guest
Food, beverages, pets, firearms and deadly weapons, pyrotechnics and drugs are strictly prohibited in the resort

About

Montemar Beach Club Hotel is located approximately 2.5 hours from Manila. Go via the North Diversion, take the San Fernando exit along Olongapo-Gapan Expressway and go as far as the junction of Mt. Samat, turn right and follow the signs to the hotel. OR you get to the hotel by sea. An air-conditioned ferry swiftly and conveniently takes you across the Manila Bay to the port of Orion, Bataan in approximately 55 mins. A Montemar van picks up the guests for a short 35 minute ride to the resort. (Reservations for this service are requested). The 3rd option is to take the helicopter from the airport. It takes approximately 25 minutes from Manila. (This too needs to be reserved ahead of your arrival)

Transportation

By ferry: Mt. Samat Ferry has several trips from Manila to Orion, Bataan docking at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP)
Complex South China Sea.

By land: We can make land arrangements for your group from Orion to Montemar and vice-versa.
