Cancellation and No Show
Cancellations of bookings maybe made without penalty provided that written notice of cancellation is received by the hotel not later than fifteen (15) days before the scheduled arrival in case of peak season or seven (7) days in case of lean season months
If for any reason the expected guest fails to show up on the date of the check-in without any prior cancellation having made, then the guest shall remain liable to pay the hotel for the total price, including cost of meal if any.
