Above room and meal rates are not applicable to conference, conventions and incentive groups
Room rates with breakfast, lunch and dinner may only be availed at the Pacific Lounge. Children from 6-11 years old sharing with adults is 50% off the meal rates. The Hotel reserves the right to require adults to show proof that their minor companion(s) is are 12 years old and below
All rates are quoted in US currency
Cancellation and No Show
Check-out procedure : Standard check-out time shall be 12:00NN following day. Extension beyond specified time shall be subject to an extension fee of fifty percent (50%) off the published rate
For bookings without arrival details, the Hotel reserves the right to automatically release non-guaranteed reservations if guest does not arrive by 4:00PM. Notice of projected delays beyond 4:00PM must be relayed to Front Office Manager / Reservations Department
A "no show" charge equivalent to one-night stay shall be billed to the guest/s who did not check-in on the night of reservation date
Cancellation for individual bookings shall be charged a fee equivalent to a one-night stay per room reserved in case the guest fails to notify the hotel within two (2) days prior to the expected arrival
Cancellation for group booking shall be charged a fee equivalent to a one-night stay of the total rooms cancelled in case the guest fails to notify the Hotel fifteen (15) days prior to the expected arrival
