Request for early check-in / late check-out must be pre-arranged and confirmed by the Front Office Manager / Duty Manager Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00PM unless guaranteed payment is arranged Check-in / Check-out time Standard check-in time is 2:00PM while check-out time is 12:00NN. Early arrivals shall be provided the rooms subject to availability. For check-out beyond 12:00PM to 6:00PM, a half day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed date. For check-out beyond 6:00PM, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate. Wash Down and Cancellation Cancellation of reservation done on the day of the guests arrival shall be charged one-night cancellation fee. For group bookings, cancellations / reduction of the number of rooms done a day before the check-in date shall be subject to one night cancellation charge During periods of high occupancy, cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to guests' arrival shall be charged one night cancellation fee. If guests fail to arrive on the expected date, a no show fee equivalent to one (1) night based on the total number of rooms reserved. This policy applies both to individual or group bookings
