How to get there: ILOCOS SUR
For transfer trips (cutting trips) there are mini-buses that drop off passengers at several points throughout the Manila-Ilocos Sur route. A Manila to Urdaneta, Pangasinan phase, an Urdaneta to San Fernando City trip, and the final San Fernando City to Vigan City segment. Although this option can carry you and your companios to the Ilocos safely, it is not recommended for first-time visitors. |
