Non Peak : Individual booking	may be required at anytime at the hotel's option	will be required 21 days before check-in

Notes :

GIT or groups is defined as bookings of at least 25 room nights. (e.g. 25 rooms x 1 night = 25 room nights, etc)
If any payment is not made. NO REINSTATEMENT UNLESS PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
If full payment is not made when due, the booking will be cancelled and any deposit forfeited in favor of the hotel. Guest will not be allowed to check-in unless the hotel has received full payment
Payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited in favor of the hotel
The hotel at its option reserves the right to require payment at earlier option dates during high occupancy otherwise booking will be released
Meal Rates :
- Buffet breakfast : $ 18
- Fixed menu lunch : $ 25
- Fixed menu dinner : $ 30
Specialty or haute cuisine meals are available at higher prices: seminar and conference meals and available in a range of prices.
The Hotel requires a minimum of 40 adult covers for a buffet arrangement. This excludes the breakfast buffet, which is available daily at Kilimanjaro Kafe,
Set menus are available for a minimum of 10 persons and maximum of 39 persons.
Children aged 4 to 12 years old are subject to a 50% discount on buffet meals.

Terms and Conditions :

Cancellation and No Show
- Non-Peak Periods :
  - 1) FIT bookings. A cancellation penalty equivalent to one (1) night charge Will be imposed for cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to guest's arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours will be charged for in full.
  - 2) GIT bookings, Prepayments made are non refundable and will be forfeited in favor of the hotel. Full charge if cancelled on The day of the arrival. The group is only allowed 5-10% of the total number of rooms booked for wash down at least 7-days prior to arrival, otherwise all rooms booked is considered guaranteed.
  - 3) A “no show penalty" equivalent to the total number of room nights reserved will be charged, should guest/s fail to arrive on the scheduled date.

Peak Periods/ Blackout Dates
- 1) All payments made will be forfeited in favor of the hotel in any event of cancellation.
- 2) GIT/group bookings will require full prepayment thirty-(30) days prior to check-in and will be charged equivalent to the total number of room nights reserved upon its cancellation,
- 3) All payments made to the hotel are non-refundable.

OTHERS:
- 1) the hotel's check-in time is 2 PM while checkout time is 12 Noon.
- 2) complimentary airport transfers will be provided for FIT/individual guests only based on hotel scheduled shuttle services. Family Plan: Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children (each below 12 years old - sharing bedroom with parents) in a Poolside Lagoon View/Lagoon Side Room. Request for an extra futon mattress may be provided at $20nett to rooms with king-sized or two-(2) single bed configurations
- 3)The hotel requires prior arrangement on rooms, F&B, sports and other guest requirements in its delivery of services.
- 4) hotel shall not be liable for any damages due to cancellations on account of fortuitous events (e.g. labor disputes, war natural calamities, etc.)
