Terms and Conditions :

Rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of breakfast for two (2) persons for Mansion Villa and Bahay Kubo and four (4) persons for the Casitas. Standard Accommodation for Mansion Villa and Bahay Kubo is Two (2) persons, maximum of four (4) persons; Casitas Standard Accommodation is four (4) persons, maximum of six (6-8) persons Advance reservation Is required subject to space availability and confirmation

Cancellation

In case of non- show guest shall be liable to pay Puerto del Sol Beach Resort & Hotel Club the total amount due for the reserved rooms. Minimum of fifteen (15) working days, bookings can be re-scheduled to another date but no refund Less than fifteen (15) working days, bookings can no longer be re-scheduled to another date and no refund.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and Check-out time is after 2:00PM and Check-out time is 12:00NN Request for early check-in / late check-out must be pre-arranged and confirmed by the Front Office Manager / Duty Manager Reserved rooms will held until 5PM unless guaranteed payment is pre-arranged

Payment

Full payment should be made upon confirmation of the reservation All incidentals shall be charged to the guests (personal account) before check-out on cash basis
