Terms and Conditions :

Revisions Any charges or revisions of name, status, date and etc. that will made onto a confirmed bookings shall automatically be considered as a cancellation of bookings Cancellation Policy : a. Ten days prior Twenty percent (20%) of the total room charges for the entire length of stay will be charged with a maximum of four (4) room nights, if cancellation is made ten (10) days prior to the arrival date b. Two (2) days prior Thirty percent (30%) of the total room charges for the entire length of stay will be charged with a maximum of four (4) room nights, if cancellation is made two (2) days prior to the arrival date c. Date of Arrival Fifty percent (50%) of the total room charges for the entire length of stay will be charged with a maximum of four (4) nights, if the cancellation is made on date of arrival d. No Show One hundred percent (100%) of the total room charges for the entire length of stay will be charged with a maximum of four (4) room nights if no guest will arrived on the date and specified time of arrival e. Shortening of stay Shortening of stay ten (10) days prior to the arrival date on a finalized booking will be charged twenty percent (20%) and shortening of stay after check on will be charged one hundred percent (100%), both are applicable for the entire length of stay with a maximum of four (4) room nights f. Peak period Twenty percent (20%) of the total room charges for the entire length of stay will be charged with a maximum of four (4) room nights, if cancellation is made thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date.
