Confirmation subject to space availability at the time of request. Guest voucher is to be presented upon check-in; otherwise published rate will be applied
Rates given are net on a per room per night basis inclusive of breakfast (VIP deluxe and Dynasty Suite for 2 persons / family room for 4 persons)
Children 10 yrs.old and below are free of charge if sharing room with two (2) adults, however no extra bed and no breakfast will be provided
Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out is 12:00nn. Extension of stay will be subject to space availability
ETA / ETD should be advised prior to guest arrival
Cancellations of guaranteed / finalized booking are subject to penalties
No Show / or Early Departure: should the guest period of stay be lesser, full charges will be applied equivalent to the actual duration of the guest stay
Force Majeure Clause : the hotel shall not be liable for failure to execute any arrangement specified herein or indirectly occasioned or in consequence of labor disputes, Act of God, or conditions beyond the control of Real Maris Resort
Allowable number of persons in every room:
VIP Deluxe / Dynasty Suite rooms - maximum of three (3) adults with extra bed / person charge
Dynasty Suite room - maximum of three (3) adults with extra bed / person charge OR, cases of two (2) adult and two (2) children below 10 yrs.old is allowed and subject to adult triple rate
Family Rooms - maximum of four (4) adults, additional of one (1) child below 10 yrs.old is allowed, however no extra bed and break fast will be provided
