Confirmation of room reservation is subject to room availability and receipt of payment

Cancellation and No-show :

Lean Season - cancellation charge equivalent to 1 night of room charges for any cancellations received 7 day or less prior to guest/s' arrival at the hotel Regular Season - equivalent to 1 night room charge for any cancellations received 15 days or less Peak Season - 50% of total room charge for any cancellations received within 30 days before guest/s' arrival at the hotel. However, we shall charge 100% or the full room charges if cancellation is received 14 days or less
