Terms and Conditions :

Check in time is 2:00PM and check out time is 12:00NN. Extension of stay will be subject to space availability and application of appropriate charges The Hotel requires full pre-payment of total charges on or before option date given. Non-receipt of payment would mean automatic cancellation of all bookings and arrangements. Reinstatement of the booking shall be subject to availability and payment No refund for cancellation of paid booking but can be re-schedule due to typhoon cases only

Booking conditions and cancellations :

A 30% penalty charge for cancellations notified up to 28 days prior to the commencement of tour date A 70% penalty between 28 and 14 days A 100% penalty for cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour date Full payment will be required before check in No refund or cancellation of paid booking but can be re-schedule due to typhoon cases only Unused portion of the package has no cash value - non endorsable - non refundable In case of no-show, the full amount of the total package shall be collected No refund for shortened stay In case cancellation is due to fortuitous events, force majeure or acts of god as defined by law. Both parties will make an arrangement for re-scheduling. If a re-scheduling is not possible due to time and or occupancy constrained, both parties will make a settlement and restitution, taking into consideration that none is at fault Cancellations must be notified to Tanawin Bay Resort in writing, by registered mail. The booking fee is non-refundable
