Rates are on a per room per night basis.
Rates are net inclusive of 10% SC, 12 % VAT and breakfast for 2 pax.

PEAK  SEASON :

 Christmas New Year  Period  ( December 22-January 5 )
 Chinese  New  Year (January 20-31) and Holy Week (April 6-12, 2008)
 We shall impose a surcharge of PHP 500.00 per person/night.

EXTRA PERSON :

With Breakfast PHP 2, 200.00 net per night.
With-out Breakfast PHP 1,900.00 net per night.

MEAL RATES:

Set Lunch PHP 610.00 / person
Set Dinner PHP 732.00 / person

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Children below 12 years of age sharing beds with parents shall be Free-of-charge.
Children 13 years old and above shall be considered adults and shall be charged the corresponding extra person rate.

Roundtrip Transfer from Caticlan Airport or V .V.
PHP 600.00 net per pax

Oneway transfer from Caticlan Airport
PHP 300.00 net per pax

Roundtrip transfers from Kalibo Airport or V.V.
PHP 780.00 net per pax

One way transfers from Kalibo Airport
PHP 390.00 net per pax

CHILD RATE : Below 12 years old  40% less from the regular rate

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellation made ten (10) days prior to the arrival date will be charged in full. NO REFUND.
All revisions sent three (3) days before arrival date will be charged fifty percent (50%) during lean season of the total rooms blocked.
For Peak and Super peak periods all revisions sent fifteen (15) days before arrival date will be charged fifty (50%) of the total room blocked.
Full charged will be implemented for any cancellation, no-show and early check-outs during the Super Peak Season.
No show guest/s without any written valid reason during the arrival such as force majeure, accidents and the like shall be charged in full.
