Terms and Conditions :
Land and Sea transfers
Transportation rates for land transfer whether by car, van, coaster or bus are available upon request. Parking space is available in Leah Beach, Tabangao upon payment of the parking fee to the owner or caretaker
The resort has regular boat trips for arriving and departing guests. Boat going to the resort departs promptly at 1100H. Regular departure from the resort to Batangas is at 1300H. A maximum grace period of fifteen (15) minutes shall be implemented, before the boat finally departs. A special trip for those who missed the regular trip may be arranged on Guest's personal account

Check-in
Room check-in time is at 1400H. However, guest may check-in upon arrival depending on room availability, otherwise they can enjoy the resort's common facilities while waiting for a vacant Case or Villa
Check-out
Room check-out is strictly enforced at 1200H. At this time, all rooms should be clear of luggage and personal things and all guest should vacate their respective rooms to give ample time for the Housekeeping Attendant to clean and prepare the rooms for incoming guests
Meals
Set plate or family or buffet style (30 persons above) meals are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests may also select desired meals in our Ala-Carte menu. Buffet selection menus are readily available for group package. We can also customize meal requirements to suit your budget
Food and beverage ordered by group members which are not part of the meal package, shall be on personal account, and shall be paid in cash. However, as a special arrangement, the organizer's authorized signatory may guarantee payment for all the bills signed
In the event that a certain in the menu is not available due to seasonal or market constraints, the resort shall provide an alternative food, in lieu of the said item without prior notice
* The Resort extends 20% discount, for kids (4-10 yrs.old) on buffet meals only
Please note that bringing of food and beverage in the resort is strictly prohibited
No Show Policy
We shall charge one hundred percent (100%) of the total package on meals and room accommodation, for no-show
Cancellation
the fifty percent (50%) deposit shall be forfeited in the event a cancellation is made within seven (7) days prior to the confirmed reservation, cancellation made eight (8) days or more to the confirmed reservation shall be subject to a forfeiture of thirty (30%) of the deposit. In case of force majeure re-scheduling of the booking may be allowed, but in no case will the resort refund the fifty (50%) deposit.
Power
The resort is providing Gen-Set electricity for twenty (20) hours only. Power interruption is scheduled daily from 0600H to 1000H
