Occupancy Requirements
A maximum of four (4)
persons (2 adults - children)
shall be allowed to occupy per room
Additional extra bed will be charged at above rates applicable. Only one extra bed will be allowed in a room
Children twelve (12) years and below (sharing with parents) and baby cot is free of charge. Request for an extra bed for children will be charged
Cancellation / Reduction / No Show policy on confirmed bookings
A cancellation / reduction fee equivalent to (1) night stay shall be charged for every cancellation / reduction of room or stay after the booking has been finalized
Fifty percent (50%) of the pre-payment shall be forfeited in favor of the hotel for No Show cases
For an overnight reservation during peak season, fifty percent (50%) shall be applied for cancellation. Likewise, full payment shall be forfeited for No Show
In case an in-house guest, without valid reason, decides to leave before his reserved check out date, full charges for the cancelled room / stay may be applied, otherwise, subject to evaluation on lean season
Transportation
Roundtrip transfers (airport-hotel-airport) would cost US$ 20 net / car / good for 4 persons.
